Assessment Profiles
Overview

This page should be used to show the overall process of :

  • preparing the database to collect the assessment data
  • collection of the data
  • reporting out the data

Preparing the Database to Collect the Assessment Data

  1. Prepare the Database "Static Student Info.aps"
    • Open the Database and input Student information
      • Input by keying in all the information
      • Input by importing the data from
        • a spreadsheet
        • an exported file from your Student Management system.
    • Prepare Teacher List database keying in the names of your teachers
    • Separating Students
      • Separate students by Class
      • Separate students by Teacher
  2. Prepare Assessment Tools Database
  3. Prepare Teacher's folder with appropriate Databases
    • Copy "Teacher Folder Template" and rename as "Teacher Folder"
    • Export Data into the Teachers' Folder
      • Static Student Info
      • Teacher Data
      • Assessment Tools Data

Collecting the Assessment Data

  1. Teachers will open their Assessment Profiles database
    • Score Assessments
    • Re-score or Edit a Previous Assessment
    • deselect those scores which are duplicates

Reporting Out the Data

  1. When all assessments are completed, data must be exported and shared with the office
  2. Office will import data from each teacher, one at a time.
  3. Teachers can print out
    • An Individual report of all assessments scored by this teacher
    • All selected assessments according to assessment number
    • All Assessments for Parent Teacher Conferences
    • Summary of all selected assessments biven by this Teacher
  4. Office will print out
    • Individual reports if needed
    • Summary reports of all selected assessments from all teachers
