Inputting data through the
keyboard.
After installation of databases,
double click Assessment Profiles Solution. You'll
be prompted for a login password. The password for
the office is "office".

Once the password is typed in
click on OK. You will see this screen. When you get
this screen click on "Yes".

This navigational box will be on the first page
of each database.
Top Left - A- Assessment

Click on the Top Right S
to go to the Static Student Info.aps

The opening screen gives you the
fields that are ready for your data. One way to
input data is on a record by record basis. This is
required for those who are not using a student
management system already or using one that doesn't
allow exporting of data.
Record by Record
method:
This will probably be the way that new students
are added to this database.
This screen defaults to the entry information.
You will need to fill in these fields:
- First
- Middle
- Last
- Grade Number
- Birth date
- District (only needs to be filled in one
record)
Account, Year of Graduation, and Full Name will
automatically be calculated.

Create a new user ID
(according to need)
If, next to the User defined account label, a
red "x" appears, that
means that the account ID has already been
assigned. It will be necessary for the person doing
the inputting to assign an alternate account ID in
the field next to the
"x."

Census Tab
To input the census data that you've already
collected for the state, click on the Census tab.
The screen will change with new options. Simply
click on the box next to those identifiers which
apply. A summary page has been created to print out
the combined census information.

The Secret to Inputting Free
and Reduced info. For Administration to input or
the office at the request of the
administration.
To input free and reduced information click on
the secret button at the bottom right of the census
screen, circled in the illustration. You must be
logged in with a special password that can be
obtained from Jim Hopkins. After being logged in ,
you will be able to click on the secret button and
taken to a second login screen. Fill in the blanks
with the new login and password received from Jim
Hopkins
