Reports from the Office

from the Static Student Info.fp5

When you've completed the census information, there is a report that summarizes all of that data with numbers. For instance you will be able to find all 4th graders and print a report concerning census information.

From the Census tab, you will be able to click on Census Reports button. There, you make your choice as to the grade report that you want, or print out a census report for the whole district.
Make sure that you choose to print pages 1 to 1 when printing the Census Reports.

from the Assessment Profiles.fp5

From the Assessment Profiles there are separate report layouts for 4th, 8th, and 11th concerning the standards for Reading, Writing, Speech, and Listening. When all teachers have submitted their data to you and you have imported the data, you will be able to get a report on how the standards were met or are being assessed in your district. --Even though you get data from 2nd or 3rd grade when they assess them for the 4.1 standards, they will be reported when the students get to be 4th graders even though they were assessed at 3rd grade.
